Since 1st December 2008, every home being marketed for sale now needs a Home Report which comprises a single survey, an energy report and a property questionnaire. Through our membership of the GSPC, we can provide a professionally presented Home Report quickly, economically and with the minimum of fuss.
Home Reports generally cost hundreds of pounds but we can offer you three payment options to choose from, including a deferred payment option. This allows sellers to defer payment of both the Home Report and the GSPC registration fee for up to nine months. This means that the entire marketing package, including the Home Report, can be available for an initial downpayment of just £50. Better still, all of our Home Reports are available online through gspc.co.uk so interested buyers can access information about your home without delay.
